Our Story

LTC Resource Solutions

After serving for more than 25 years as both CFO and Administrator in her family-owned nursing home, KaraLe Causey, CPA, saw firsthand the unique pressures that smaller facilities face. Without the built-in support of corporate systems, consultants, or specialized resources, independent providers are often left to manage complex financial, operational, and regulatory challenges on their own. To bridge that gap, she established LTC Resource Solutions, a division of KaraLe Causey, CPA, bringing together her financial expertise and administrative experience to deliver practical, trusted guidance that helps leaders feel less isolated and more supported.

Building on decades of shared work in nursing home management, Jennifer Donalies later joined the practice, bringing her deep knowledge as both an experienced administrator and a billing specialist. Together, they offer a perspective few firms can match: the combined insight of professionals who have lived the day-to-day realities of long-term care leadership. Today, LTC Resource Solutions serves nursing homes as well as home health agencies, hospices, and adult day services — providers that, while different in structure, often collaborate to meet the needs of the same community of older adults.

With a background that combines accounting expertise, regulatory knowledge, and real-world operational experience, she brings a rare perspective to the providers she serves.

KaraLe earned her BBA in Accounting and MA in Gerontology from the University of Louisiana–Monroe. She is a Certified Public Accountant (License #17175) and a licensed Nursing Facility Administrator in Louisiana. Her commitment to eldercare extends beyond her professional roles. KaraLe is the past Board Chair of the Pioneer Network (now part of the Center for Innovation), co-founder and former chair of LEADER (Louisiana Enhancing Aging with Dignity through Empowerment & Respect), and has served as a board member of North Louisiana AHEC and trustee of the University of Louisiana–Monroe Foundation.

KaraLe’s passion is helping long-term care and post-acute providers feel less isolated in their leadership. By blending financial clarity with regulatory and operational insight, she equips organizations with practical strategies to reduce stress, strengthen compliance, and remain focused on providing quality care to older adults.

She believes that sound accounting, effective revenue cycle practices, and clear compliance guidance are not just back-office functions, but tools that empower leadership teams to focus on creating environments where residents can thrive. By combining technical precision with a people-first philosophy, KaraLe equips organizations to remain financially strong while staying true to their core purpose of compassionate care.
